Thou Shalt Not Best Me, Vile Thieves!

I just received an e-mail in regards to the travel arrangements from the orientation in Chicago to Beijing. At first, I was pleased to see that United Airlines was allowing everyone on the group flight (on which I will be traveling on) to take two bags free of charge. However, just a moment later it felt like I had taken a log to the stomach when I read on to see that they will charge no less of $125 for every bag exceeding 50 lbs. 

Once I learned of this terrible punishment UA is more than eager to dish out to any unsuspecting overpacker, I glanced at my own large suitcase and cringed when I looked at all the textbooks I have no choice but to bring along. 

Fortunately though, this nasty shock lasted for but a minute once I realized I could simply pack and bring along yet another suitcase. Haha! Take that, United Airlines! Staysniaks: 1, UA: 0. 

.....Okay, obviously I'm just blowing some steam of here. I don't think I can really be blamed for getting a bit annoyed here, for as a college student, by definition I am currently swimming in debt. I'm not exactly in the mood to be hustled by any airlines.
